Customers submitting an order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by INMOTION. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and INMOTION reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime.

INMOTION does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.


INMOTION reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

3.1.      The nominated currency used for all transactions is Great British Pounds (GBP£).

INMOTION will publish or display the current shipping rates on the website if applicable.

5.2.      Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of INMOTION


INMOTION reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

  1. Shipping within Gibraltar

6.1.      Online orders for delivery within Gibraltar are dispatched via our own courier.

6.2.      There are no orders or delivery for international orders

6.3.      Goods can only be purchased and delivered within Gibraltar

6.4.      Goods will only be delivered on weekdays and not on weekends or bank holidays

  1. Shipping to Europe

7.1.      Is not permitted at this time.

  1. Dispatch of Orders


INMOTION ships only within Gibraltar

10.2.      Orders should normally can arrive up to 4-5 working days from dispatch.  Please note that any immigration security issues may cause delays and these are out of our control.


INMOTION does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

10.4.      Orders are normally dispatched within 1-5 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.

10.6.      If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email to arrange an alternative option.

  1. Acceptance of Goods

11.1.    On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.

11.2.    Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify INMOTION as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

INMOTION reserves the right to change prices without notice.

12.2.    All prices and orders are displayed and processed in GBP£ and will be exempt of VAT.

  1. Gift Cards


INMOTION may from time to time make Gift Cards available on the website.

INMOTION as a financial instrument for payment for goods and services and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry standard practices. This means that INMOTION Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not constitute a purchase of goods and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts.


INMOTION Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore:

13.4.1. They do not include VAT;

13.4.2. They cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts.

  1. Returns or Exchanges

We understand selecting the right style and size online can sometimes be difficult. For this reason, we are willing to accommodate an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 28 days of purchase provided the invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached, and items are returned in unworn condition.

Refunds can be issued on purchases made online at www. only. Refunds are not accepted from items purchased on third part distributor sites or other stockists. Refunds are not permitted on sale items, unless faulty or damaged.  Exchanges can be offered up to the value of the item and a size or colour change within the same style.

All garments are subject to inspection. Please note that we can not accept the following items for refunds. * Water bottles * Underwear * Swimwear * Headbands * Hair ties * Socks * Gloves

Footwear must be returned unworn and in the original box with all tags.




    • INMOTIONSHOP.COM will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery or if the parcel is not received. Please do not leave any returns at the office/shop door or through the letterbox.  We can not guaranteed that they will be received.
    • Customers will be responsible for correctly contacting us about the return item.
    • You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
    • In the event that your product is lost in transit,

  • No postage and/or delivery charges will be refunded.


    • Order Cancellations

16.    Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage.

  1. Typographical Errors

17.1.    In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information,

INMOTION reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.


INMOTION will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
